Vanilla Frosty (like Wendy's)

*Updated 2/6/2013 to reflect most recent Medifast guidelines*

1 Medifast Vanilla Pudding
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (1/2 condiment)
1TB low fat cream cheese (1 condiment)
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup ice

Blend all ingredients in blender, then freeze until desired consistency! This is really good and you can make it with the Chocolate pudding as well.  You can also freeze it for about 30 minutes to make it more frosty like.

This counts for 1 Medifast meal, 1.5 condiments.

I am going to have to try this. I hate the vanilla pudding and they always send it with my week free of food.

When you say counts as your snack, that is the "optional snack" right?
Yes or if you use full fat cream cheese, it is a healthy fat.

OMG, I just made this with the Chocolate pudding mix and I didn't have regular cream cheese, so I used the light creamy swiss Laughing Cow cheese...it was amazing! Thank you. You're like a MF celeb!
