Medifast Cookie Shake!!

Oh my, oh my, oh my....I saw on the Medifast boards about making the Medifast Soft Bake Cookie into a shake.  AMAZING!!  The cream cheese makes it very rich and creamy.  You can leave out the cream cheese and it is still good, but the cream cheese adds that something extra :)

1 Medifast Soft Bake Cookie
1 TB low fat cream cheese (1 condiment)
8 oz water
1/2 cup ice

Blend in your blender, Ninja or Magic Bullet.

This counts for 1 Medifast meal and 1 condiment.

Made this last night and it was AMAZING...have you tried using the brownie mix or mixing both together for two shakes?

OK, this is probably a really stupid question, but do you make the cookie first then blend it in or do you just blend the mix?

I'm like you Kris...do you make the cookie first? And what is TB cream cheese?
Nope, you do not bake the cookie just use it from the packet. TB is tablespoon.

Tried this tonight. I am SO glad I found it! I've been craving ice cream and this really did the trick kind of fooling myself with this yummy shake!

I'm lactose intolerant, what I can I substitute it with?

I just made this with the brownie because I'm out of the cookie bake and it is yummmmmmmy!

Finishing this now - so good! It covers up most of the "fake" or "chemical" taste I pick up on it a lot of the sweet MF items. I can't wait to try it again, maybe with a drop of vanilla extract or the brownie mix instead!

Used brownie mix (which I hated as a brownie) LOVED as a shake. It's better than a regular chocolate shake.

I took this to the next level. I added 2 tsp of sugar free peanut butter Torani syrup and 2 Tbs of chocolate PB2. Sometimes I substitute unsweetened almond milk for the water - just depends on how much good fats, etc. I have left for the day. Tastes just like a Reeses peanut butter cup milkshake! I have one every night for desert. Yum-o!!!

I just tried this with the blueberry muffin soft bake and OMG... It is amazing! I think it's better than the chocolate chip!

I think it tastes better without the cream cheese!

I had no cream cheese so I used a Tablespoon of rice pudding the low fat kind. And it was excellent.

Bless you for this recipe! I used the brownie mix and regular cream cheese (I know, I know) but the cream cheese is only 35 cals. DELISH! Totally tastes like a real melted ice cream shake.

I'm only five days in and my coach said, "Be creative". So.... I mixed the brownie packet with half a cup unsweetened/unflavored almond milk, 4 ice cubs and 2 tbsp of water. Gave it a spin in my NN. Delicious. Can't wait to try the cookie shake:-)

I add 3 tablespoons of cold water to the chocolate chip cookie and same with the brownie. I eat them both like raw dough. They are fantastic that way too. Did anyone's shake turn out like water more than a shake consistency? I liked the idea, but mine didn't turn out like a shake?
