Happy Valentines Day Muffins

Happy Valentines Day!

2 packs of Medifast Brownie mix
2 packs of Medifast Cherry Pomegranate Shake Mix
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup egg beaters
2 TB cream cheese
Water

Mix all together and just add enough water so it has a cake batter consistency. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.  This makes 4 meals, but my heart muffin pan makes 6 muffins....so it make be best to eat 1 and 1/2 muffin for each meal.

This counts as 4 Medifast meals, 2 healthy fats, 2 condiments, 1/4 leanest.

Mango Lassi Smoothie

*Note this is NOT a Medifast recipe*



1 mango (270 grams)
1/2 cup yogurt, plain
1 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood, chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
1 handful spinach (50 grams)
1 banana (100 grams)
1 TB chai seeds
4 packets Stevia
1 cup filtered water

Place all ingredients in to a blender and blend.  Serves 2.

250 calories, 50 g carbs, 6 g fat, 8 g protein, 8 g fiber.
