Mango Lassi Smoothie
1 mango (270 grams)
1/2 cup yogurt, plain
1 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood, chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
1 handful spinach (50 grams)
1 banana (100 grams)
1 TB chai seeds
4 packets Stevia
1 cup filtered water
Place all ingredients in to a blender and blend. Serves 2.
250 calories, 50 g carbs, 6 g fat, 8 g protein, 8 g fiber.
