Starting on April 1st, I am starting a 90 day health challenge!

My goal is to lose 25 lbs for the 90 day challenge. I plan to do this by drinking a Body by Vi shake (they taste like cake batter, seriously good!), eating Kay's Naturals products for snacks and eating a lite & healthy lunch and dinner.
