Best Cauliflower Crust Ever.

I am a big fan of looking at ways to use cauliflower in a new way. Cauliflower is like the Swiss Army knife of a low carb diet.  I have done pizza crust many times, but I wanted to try something without cheese.

Here it is....the best cauliflower crust I have had to date.

1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
3/4 cup Almond Flour


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Add cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until the cauliflower appears riced.

Transfer riced cauliflower to a large bowl, and add almond flour and egg beaters. Stir well. Using a silicone baking sheet or parchment paper, spread mixture on the pan using a spatula.

Bake crust for 25 minutes. When the crust is golden brown and crispy on the ends, remove from the oven.
