Java Chip Cookie Shake


The Recipe:
1 Medifast Soft Bake Cookie packet
6 coffee ice cubes (freeze coffee in an ice cube tray)
1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (30 calories, 1 g carbs)

Add dry Medifast Soft Bake cookie packet to blender with 6 coffee cubes and 1 cup of almond milk.  Blend until smooth.

This counts for 1 Medifast meal & 1 condiment.

Absolutely LOVED this!!! I didn't make coffee cubes, though - just used one Via packet and 6 ice cubes :) Thanks so much for all the great recipes!

I have nothing left but packets of soup and 2 choc chip cookie packets. I just tried this for my breakfast. I didn't have coffee ice cubes and saw another post where they used Via coffee Paks. I had some pumpkin via coffee left from fall and thought I'd try it. All I can say is yummy!

The almond milk makes a HUGE difference in making a shake! I made this for breakfast and it's extra filling and so delicious I can't put it down. Thanks for the recipe!

Loved it! I also used via as I saw this right before breakfast/ coffee time and didn't want to wait for the coffee to freeze. Thanks for sharing.
