Tara's Orange Creme Crepes

My friend Tara just sent me pictures of the crepes she made and they look amazing! I want to share her recipe with everyone!

1 Medifast Orange Creme Shake
1 Medifast Scrambled Eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 - 1 cup water
1 TB low fat cream cheese

Heat a small non-stick skillet. Pour enough batter to coat the bottom of the pan. cook over a medium heat until the crepe starts to bubble. Turn the crepe over using a silicon spatula and cook the other side for one minute. You can use 1 TB of low fat cream cheese.

This recipe made 6-8 crepes total which is 2 meals, 1/2 condiment for the baking powder.  Each 1 TB serving of low-fat cream cheese you use also counts as 1 condiment.

I tried this today & loved it! I'll have to try other shake-flavored crepes :) Tip for separating them into two meals: I weighed all my crepes on my scale & then found half of that & ate away!

Has anyone tried this with the cappucino drink mix?

Do you mix the cream cheese in the batter?

This was great!!! My husband is not on MF and he says I'm eating better than him. lol
I used the cream cheese as a filling in the center of the crepes after they were cooked.
If I don't have MF eggs do you think it would work with egg beaters instead?

I don't have a small fry pan , tried on big fry pan with strawberry shake. Turned out good but were like pan cakes. I think thinner they are the better. Will buy a small fry pan today.
