Crepes


1 Medifast Vanilla Shake
1 Medifast Scrambled Eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla
Water – just enough to get a thin pancake-batter like consistency

Heat a small non-stick skillet. Pour enough batter to coat the bottom of the pan. cook over a medium heat until the crepe starts to bubble. Turn the crepe over using a silicon spatula and cook the other side for one minute.  Divide in 2 meals.  

This entire recipe counts for 2 meals and 1.5 condiments.

do you think you could use just a regular egg in it?

I LIKE this idea...you could even take a little ricotta cheese & fill them! Blintzes!
