Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dish was inspired by Sandy's Creamy Buffalo Chicken Bake.  I have been on a super fast & super easy Lean & Green kick, so I modified it for a great way to use rotisserie chicken or left over chicken.  This will take you literally less than 10 minutes to make!



6 oz of cooked chicken breast (1 Leaner)
2 wedges of Laughing Cow Light (1 Healthy Fat)
1 TB Frank's Hot Sauce (1 condiment)
225 grams (1.5 cups) of Celery

Dice or shred cooked chicken and mix in laughing cow cheese and Frank's Hot Sauce.  Mix until blended.  Heat for 2 minutes in microwave.

Serve with celery sticks.

This entire recipe is 1 leaner, 3 green, 1 condiment and 1 healthy fat.

275 calories*, 7 g carbs, 5 g fat, 44 g protein
*Calories will vary depending on what type of chicken you use. This is factored using white meat boneless skinless grilled chicken


This is what I bought from Costco for this meal, I had the Frank's Hot Sauce already!
The dogs sure enjoyed the skin & fat from the rotisserie chicken!
