This is maybe one of my favorite things I have made. It is the perfect start to a day if you are craving a sweet breakfast or ending your day with a decadent treat!
1 Medifast Banana Shake packet
2 TB Eggbeaters
1 TB Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
2 TB Water
1 TB low fat cream cheese
1 packet Splenda
Preheat Sandwich Maker and spray with Pam. Mix together shake packet, eggbeaters, syrup and water. Pour into 3 squares of the Sandwich maker. Let cook for 2-2.5 minutes. Whip together 1 TB lwo fat cream cheese and 1 packet of Splenda. Take 2 squares and spread the cream cheese on top. Stack the 3 french toast squares and enjoy!
This counts as 1 Medifast meal, 1/16 lean, 2.5 condiments.

I haven't been ordering the banana shakes, but this makes me want to get a box for next time! :D
I don't have banana shakes but I do have some pudding. I think I'll try this using pudding on Saturday. I'll let you know how I fare. Thanks for being so creative in the kitchen!
Where do u get sugar free syrup from ? Online ? Bcos my grocery store sugar free syrup have 12 gm of carbs!!!!!!
You can order it from http://www26.netrition.com/davinci_syrups_page.html. I buy mine locally from World Cost Plus Market.
WOW, I just made this for my afternoon snack and it is delicious!!! I wasn't thrilled with the banana as a shake, but this was perfect. I wonder if the strawberry one would turn out as well. Thanks for taking the time to share your recipes!
OMG!! I started the program based upon this looking good. And it is awesome!!!!!
I JUST TRIED THIS AND IT WAS AWESOME..OH MY GOODNESS.I DID NOT HAVE THE SANDWICH MAKER YET(
( I ORDERED THROUGH AMAZON) SO I JUST BLENDED THE INGREDIENTS AND PLACED IN THE MICROWAVE AND AFTERWARD ADDED THE CREAM CHEESE..OH MY GOODNESS IT WAS DELICIOUS.THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AND THE OTHER RECIPES.
***WARNING**** Do not substitute banana pudding for banana shake. I was really looking forward to trying this, but only had banana pudding....it was a a mess. I think I will try it with a strawberry shake and a little SF jelly.
I made this like a crepe by adding 2 tbs extra of water. I left out the splenda (not much of a sweets person) and added the cream cheese and rolled it up...DELISH!!!!
Just made it with Chocolate Chip pancakes and it was soooo good!
Wow. I just tried this and it was amazing. Next time I may put a little sf strawberry jam on it. This was truly decadent. now I'm thinking of trying it with the other shake flavors like strawberry and French vanilla or even chocolate so it might be like a chocolate souffle. Or even putting PB2 on it as using either a banana or chocolate shake. Yum!
Cody Jo, I LOVE reading all of your fabulous ideas!!! I'm goig to try this tonight!!!!! Thanks so much!!!! xo
so, i got these crappy dark chocolate shakes in my MF box, that were part of the free week of foods. they were awful! the antioxidant ones always are. so, i tried this recipe w/ those because if they didn't turn out, i didn't care because i hated them. well, let me tell ya, THEY WERE AWESOME!!!!! between a brownie and cake... so great! now i don't have to waste or sell them. thanks so much!!!
Wow! This is a great treat! Thank you, thank you! I have had the banana shakes laying around for so long and now have made them delicious!
I love this recipe! I feel like I'm cheating!
Great recipe- I'm not into such sweet things, so I omitted the syrup (added water) and the splenda. Delicious!
