Low Carb Focaccia Bread

1/3 cup of olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 TB Splenda
1 TB baking powder
1.25 cups egg substitute
2 cups of flax seed meal


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients & mix well. Pour into a greased 11 x 7 pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Serves 18.

i made this bread, but sprinkled just a bit of garlic powder on top of the dough before putting it in the oven. it was fantastic!
