Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert


Ingredients:
~1 scoop Biochem Chocolate Fudge Protein powder
~1 TB PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter - check it out here)
~1/2 cup 2% Cottage Cheese
~2 TB Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or Almond milk)
~1 tsp of Splenda

Directions:
Mix together in Magic Bullet until creamy. Serve chilled. Makes 1 serving.
This can be eaten as a meal replacement on the 5 and 1 diet!

That looks really good. For a meal replacement, though, I would think the calories would need to be closer to 100? I'm so wary of straying from the plan I know works for me. Thanks for posting such yummy recipes!! :)

I am eating up to 1200 calories because I work out for 45-60 minutes 5 times a week. The 200 calories extra a day really help me.

Also, you could take the cottage cheese out of your lean portion for the day.
