Broccoli Bake #2

6 cups of broccoli (4 Green)
4 cups of egg beaters (2 Leanest)
8 oz of low fat mozzarella cheese (3-6 g of fat per ounce) (2 Lean)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a food processor add broccoli, egg beaters and cheese. Puree. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray. Pour in mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This recipe makes 4 servings. Each serving is 3 green servings and 1 lean serving.
Calories: 300, Fat 9.5g, Carbs 12.5g, Protein 42g

have you tried it without pureeing the ingredients?I have a non-MF recipe that is very similar but it uses cheddar cheese and has some Mayo in it.

Wow, that looks really good. It's making me hungry and my chicken and wild rice soup just doesn't look that good today!
I haven't tried it without pureeing it, but I think it would work if it were chopped also.

I am having this tonight; very good. I used cuts and didn't puree it. I did put them in the microwave for a couple minutes since they were frozen. I had to cook it a little longer, but so worth it.
