Low Carb Chocolate Protein Cookies (No Bake)

Ingredients:
2/3 cup no sugar added Applesauce
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup Flax Seed Meal
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Diced Raw Almonds
8 scoops (1 cup) Biochem Sports 100% Whey Protein Powder Chocolate Fudge
4 scoops (1/2 cup) Biochem Sports 100% Whey Protein Powder Vanilla

Directions:
Mix flax seed meal, rolled oats, almonds and whey protein together. Added applesauce and peanut butter. I used my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer with the paddle attachement. Mix together. Weigh the dough on a scale and divide the weight by 22. Mine weigh 35 grams per cookie. Measure & roll each cookie. Press flat on wax paper. Keep refrigerated.

Makes 22 cookies.

They are more like Cream of Wheat then Oatmeal, but they are tasty!
