What I Have Been Eating

***I have already received criticism about my plan from people and it does effect me emotionally.  I ask that you keep criticism about my diet to yourself, I really do not want to emotionally deal with negativity about what I ate.  I am hesitant to share my menu for fear of this.  Please know that this is what worked for me and it may or may not work for you.  We each have different metabolisms and handle carbs and fat differently.***

Happy Saturday!
I was asked by several people to put together a menu of how I ate for the past 10 days to lose 20 lbs.  I went ahead included 11 days.  Let me say that when I started I had been trying to due the Medifast diet which is very low calorie, moderate carb and low fat.  This was a bit of a transition period towards low carb and high fat.  Please do not take this as suggestions of what you should eat, only record of what I ate.  I was not perfect by any means and made mistakes with food.

My goal is to have a max of 1800 calories with 20% carbs, 30% protein and 50% fat.  Some days I did horrible and some says I did great.  I am averaging pretty close, as you can see below in the averages for the 11 days.

I'm confused. You post Medifast recipes, are you on the plan? Your 10 day diet isn't on the plan. I'm on TSFL and looking for recipes for 5/1. Thanks!

Wonderful! Thanks for the menu. This will help out a lot for me. DO NOT listen to those negative comments. Don't let them get to you. YOU have to do what works for YOU and by the looks of you... you are doing something right cuz you look fantastic!

Hugs,

thank you so much for taking the time to share your success! It's so helpful and motivating to read these specifics, and I so appreciate you making yourself vulnerable to help the rest of us who want to succeed too. As for the naysayers, those people were raised in a barn. If you are looking for help, you should be gracious about things that are done differently than you are used to. Getting online and being disrespectful of someone else's choices is poor manners at best and more likely, cowardly, ugly and immature. There are lots of different ways to fry a fish!

You have done a brilliant job making sure that people understand where you are coming from. And let me tell you, I get it. Please post more updates to cure.

As my TSFL coach says, "we're going for progress not perfection". You're doing great! So proud of you. As someone who struggles with the food, I really appreciate the recipes. Thanks and wishing you great success. You're on a great journey.

As stated by Stanford Medical, It's really the ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years longer and weigh 19 kilos lighter than us.

(And actually, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING related to "how" they eat.)

P.S, What I said is "HOW", not "WHAT"...
