20 lbs lost in 10 days on low carb high fat diet!
I have been healthy eating and mainly following a low carb diet since 6/17.
Update! I have lost 20 lbs!
Here is my first progress photo. When I bought this dress it was too snug and I wore a tank over it. Now it fits perfect! Not bad for 10 days eating low carb!! My macronutrients are targeted to 20% carbs, 30% protein and 50% fat.

And here is the recent advice from my wellness coach:
Always remember though, "Eat to live, not live to eat". Food is only here to sustain us and the fact that you really enjoy food means the 12 conglomerates that own every food company in the country have put one over on you and you are reacting exactly the way they want you to react; with addiction and withdrawal. These companies don't care about you, they only care about their bottom line and the best way to make money is to put in all sorts of crap like MSG and sugars to keep you buying more. They don't expect people to wake up and realize they are victims.
You are not a victim though, and I say that calmly and confidently. These food companies have turned your own taste buds against you, but your body belongs to you and you can simply just take it back! Like any other addiction, junk food has withdrawal symptoms but they are only temporary. If you make it through then your body will know better than to waste your time craving things it knows you're not going to give it.
I do have to also say that I was very proud of myself. I was in a meeting at work and I passed on the soda, cookies and fruit. This is what I ate:

Bulletproof Latte
2 scoops Biochem Vanilla Whey Protein
1 TB Coconut Oil
1 tsp organic grassfed butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
