So I am a daily weigher and my official weigh day is Sunday, but.....I am down 4.8 lbs since Sunday after getting back on track with 5 and 1 plan! That brings me to 75.4 lbs lost total since September 20, 2010 - that is over 75 lbs is just under 6 months. The 5 and 1 plan really works!!!
I am loving my Android phone too! I found an free app called Calorie Counter by MyFitnessPal that includes a bar scanner. So you can just scan the bar code of whatever you are eating and it adds it to your food tracker. Pretty cool!
