Low Carb Peanut Butter Bars

Here is a very easy recipe for very tasty peanut butter bars!

9 scoops Biochem Sports 100% Whey Protein Powder Vanilla
1/2 cup Once Again Organic Peanut Butter
8 TB PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)
1/4 cup Splenda
4 TB Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal
1/2 cup water

Add water slowly and mix all ingredients together. You may need to adjust the water up or down, depending on the consistency of the bars.  Roll each protein bar into a 45 gram ball and press out flat.  I pressed a mashed potato masher on the top to get the little squares on top.

Store with wax paper between each bar.
