I put out a challenge for someone to make Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream using Medifast food and Lori made this awesome recipe!
Chocolate chip cookie dough peanut butter soft serve!
Begin by making your chocolate chip cookie dough balls! Put your cookie mix in a small dish and add just enough water to make it wet. Using your fingers create small balls out of the dough, the smaller the better. Make an even number of balls so you can split them evenly among two meals. Place dough balls on wax paper and freeze for 30 minutes or more.
Next prepare your soft serve according to package directions. Split soft serve up into two dishes and fold in equal amounts of cookie dough balls. Return completed meals to freezer to "set" for 20-30 minutes. Then enjoy!
Recipe makes 2 MF meals.
I thought this was one of the best recipes ever! My favorite way to enjoy the new chocolate chip cookies! This was just the right mix of chocolate and peanut butter! Another delicious Medifast creation!
