Updates on Weight Loss
I started taking OxyElite Pro Thermogenic Fat Burner on Friday. I have to say that I haven't been a fan of diet pills, but this one came recommended from a highly trusted person, so I thought I would give it a try. The ingredients really aren't that bad! I don't know if it really burns fat but I will tell that it sure suppresses my appetite! Even when in ketosis, feeling hungry has been by biggest struggle. Since I started taking OxyElite Pro, I have to remind myself to eat. I haven't had any bad side effects from it either. I am loving it! As with any pill, it doesn't matter what you take if you make bad food choices. So I am still focusing on eating the right things.

1. Jalfrezi Chicken w/ Tandoori Rice & Stir Fry Veggies
(415 calories, 12 g fat, 50 g carbs, 31 g protein per serving)
Recipe for 2 Servings:
2 cups of Kirkland Sitr Fry Frozen veggies, sauteed.
12 oz can of Kirkland Canned Chunk Chicken
2/3 cup or 1/2 jar of Seeds of Change Jalfrezi Curry Simmer Sauce
8.8 oz pouch of Tasty Bite Tandoori Rice
Sautee veggies until cooked. Add chicken, rice & simmer sauce to pan. Heat until warmed & enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
2. Met-RX Creamy Peanut Butter Crisp Bar - These bars weigh 90g each, so I actually divide them into thirds. Each 1/3 bar is 30g and has 103 calories, 3.3 g fat, 11 g carbs and 10 g protein.
